   "The way to find true freedom is by moving out of body past the lower worlds of the Astral, Causal, Mental and Etheric Planes, the psychic heavens, into what are called the higher worlds, the Pure Positive God Worlds of Total Awareness.  The first of the Pure Positive God Worlds is the Soul Plane or 5th Plane (not to be confused with the 5th dimension) on up deeper into the God Worlds to the Anami Lok.  All of these God Worlds are white universes that are strikingly brilliant white...and contain a feeling of seeing, knowing and being. 

  The lower worlds are a prision for Soul. They are educational in nature but still none the less still a prision.  In the video called Prision Planet Allen Feldman whose spiritual name is Nye Dah Zah, who is the Living VARDAN Master in VARDANKAR.  The Living VARDAN Master's job is to assist Souls in learning out of body travel to graduate from reincarnation and gain spiritual freedom.  He can also help the individual. When we work with the Living VARDAN Master we are No longer under the Lords of Karma but instead our karmic accounts are taken by the Living VARDAN who helps us graduate from the lower worlds of M.E.S.T. (matter, energy, space and time). 

This Prision Planet video quotes Allen Feldman and he shares some indepth insights into the nature of the lower worlds and how the Lords of Karma distrubute karma and reincarnation and work with Souls with in the Prision Planet matrix of the lower worlds.

Here is a quote of Sri Allen Feldman, the Living VARDAN Master speaking about graduating from reincarnation on the video Lords of Karma, Prision Planet, "The new age movement is primarily focused on the Astral Plane although they are not aware of this. And most religions are the Astral, Causal, Mental. The lower worlds have pretty much dominated man kind. and most people are not aware of the higher worlds...that they even exist. And this is done on purpose by the negative power.  The negative power's job is to keep Soul here as long as possible. And Soul's job is to escape.

Gee there is so much to this topic and I'm never going to cover it all and this talk is getting kind of long and I appoligize.   What can I say except. With out desire for God, all of this will have no meaning to you.  There will be no purpose behind what I am saying. The desire for God is like a flame.  And we have to desire truth, pure truth no matter what it takes.  With all our heart.

And it's kind of like building a fire. And most people will settle for the Astral Plane or they'll settle for the Causal or the Mental Plane.  And that's as far as they get in this particular lifetime.  Many times people don't even reach that far.  This is mostly due to lazyness and people's fear of leaving their body. And their fear of...most people are social. They're intersted in the things of this world. And that's what they get, they get the things of this world.  And they get them and get them and get them over and over and over again in the form of reincarnation and karma. And karma is simply cause and effect. 

Now some people will say, "Karma doesn't exist, it's... you can do anything you want and it doesn't really matter because God will forgive you or somebody else will.  Jesus will allow you to be forgiven.  And they call this grace.  While there is some truth to it, basically it's a misunderstanding of the law of love.  We are responsible for our own actions.  Cause and effect does exist. And we can however work out our karma very quickly through the Spiritual Traveler and through out of body Tuza Travel. Alot of this can be done throught the dream state.  But we have to be sincerely seeking God.

And not the God of the lower worlds, not the God of manifestation. Most people's God is like a Santa Clause.  It's like a deal,  I'll make a deal with you God.  Can you give me health, can you give me wealth, can you give me a family, can you give me all these things. And in return I'll be good and I'll feed the homeless and I'll donate some money to the church, excetra, excetra.  And while people are certainly welcome to do this. And it's certainly been done for as long as we can remember.  It doesn't lead to the actual realization of God.  It leads to more karma and reincarnation.

And so as Soul accumulates good karma through acts of charity, kindness, excetra. Doing the right thing, all this is fine. Soul can spend this good karma on various things. Alot of times we spend it on having a healthy body, getting a good job, having lots of money, finding the right people in our lives that we love. And that's fine. But some of us will spend our good karma on meeting the Master, in order to return back to the true Pure Positive God Worlds, into the Soul Plane.  The area of true Self Realization and to the Ocean of Love and Mercy the area of God Realization. And we will sometimes forsake a lot of the things that we could have had with our good karma. And that's the proper use of good karma." 

See the rest of the Prision Planet video above for the rest of this quote.  In essense he is saying that there is a most direct route to spiritual freedom. But contrary to popular opinion spiritual freedom and higher states of consciousness must be earned.

There is a notion that we must earn a healthier body with exercise,  earn better living conditions with career effort, for college and nearly every aspect of life, and yet somehow there is a popular notion that this completely does not apply to spirituality. 

That, instead throught the grace of God we recive all and do nothing, and can care little.  While grace does exist, the spiritual travelers teach that by itself, with little or no effort on our part, Soul cannot find true spiritual freedom but only the powerful illusion of spiritual freedom that reveals itself on the astral plane (the heaven of dreams, astral travel, near death experiences, the afterworld, paranormal phenomenon) or other psychic planes. And so many are taught that spirituality of itself should require little to no effort, time, discipline, mastery, funding, care, focus, love or energy; while all other tasks of life should consume all our time and all our attention.  This attitude shows a lack of love for spirituality and for God.

Nearly anything we dearly love, we tend to put love, time, energy and practice into, be it we love music and as a hobby or career sing all the time to gain in skill or we love a person and fill our attention with that person many times in a day.  Yet, not having this level of focus and setting the minimum love for spiritual things and God is not only considered by the masses acceptable, it is considered virtueous.

To clarify it is not at all to suggest one should give up their job, family, lifestyle and do what some Indian Gurus do mediating all day and living a selfish, self absorbed existance. This can actually be just as destructive in the other extreme.  Instead decreasing love for the things of this world and cultivating a greater love for the spiritual things in as short as thirty minutes daily by learning to leave the body or false self and dwell in the true self Soul in heaven builds the momentum to transcend the worlds of M.E.S.T. and find spiritual freedom in this lifetime now.
